GOLF LEAGUE

Mission Statement:

The Western Athletic Conference Golf League serves as a venue for junior golfers to compete in an environment which showcases their talents while upholding the traditional Christian values of respect, teamwork, and honesty.

Purpose:

The Western Athletic Conference Golf League will achieve its mission by having coaches and players adopt the following practices:

• Learn and support the stated USGA rules of golf.
• Encourage all players to act with integrity both on and off the course.
• Exemplify Christian values through respect of self and fellow competitors.
• Inspire players to achieve their personal best through commitment to the sport.
• Prepare student golfers to compete at a high school level while instilling a love and respect for the game which will carry into the future.
